The Hilton Meeting Planner Program components include:

  • Standard meetings contract
  • 24-hour response time on all inquiries
  • Final billing received within 14 days of the event
  • Dedicated toll free line to Hilton Canada National Sales for meeting planners
  • Post-meeting Survey
  • Standardized Meeting Planner Kit including scissors, stapler, highlighter, box of paperclips, post-it notes, eraser, liquid paper, glue stick and scotch tape
