Three of the largest consumer shows in Western Canada have new Show Managers. The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), operators of the Vancouver International Boat Show, have appointed of Jennifer Kastelein as the new Show Manager of the Vancouver show. The Vancouver Boat Show is owned by the BC Marine Trades Association

Jennifer comes to the Boat Show from the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) where she headed up the PNE's exhibit space department. Prior to joining the PNE Jennifer spent 13 years with DMG World Media as the Manager of the Vancouver Gift Show. Jennifer is also on the Board of Directors for the WAEM!

The Pacific International Auto Show is also under new leadership, with well known Vancouver Show Manager Paul McGeachie taking over the job as Show Manager. McGeachie, formerly of the Vancouver Motorcycle Show is one of the most experienced show managers in British Columbia.

The Vancouver Motorcycle Show has appointed Nanette Jacques, formerly of Cycle Canada Magazine and Red Sky Marketing Inc., a business development and event management company, to the position of Show Manager.

The Vancouver International Boat Show runs February 9 - 13, 2005 and the Pacific International Auto Show runs March 25 - April 3, both at B.C. Place Stadium. The Vancouver Motorcycle Show runs January 14 - 16, 2005 at TRADEX in Abbotsford.
