Destination Planners Inc. (DPI), today announces the appointment of Kim Cameron, CMP, to Managing Director. Ms. Cameron, joins the DPI team from Rare Indigo Destination Marketing where she served as Director of Sales & Marketing since 2002. Cameron will report to DPI President Emily Edwards. "With over 20 years of tremendous, diversified experience not only within Destination Management Companies but also with a leading Incentive House, Kim is the perfect choice and best qualified for this position. Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Cameron established a track record of success in the incentive industry. As Director of Sales & Marketing for Rare Indigo, she is credited with building and leading a strong sales and planning team and was an integral part of the management team. Before Rare Indigo, Ms. Cameron was Sr. Sales Manager at Island Incentives in Hawaii (today known as Island Partners Hawaii). Prior to that, Cameron served as Director of Business Development for USMotivation, a leading full-service people performance company, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

During her 20-year career, Kim's extensive incentive travels have taken her and an esteemed roster of multinational clients to over 15 countries and 60 cities and resorts around the world. She is excited to be bringing that knowledge and expertise to the DPI team, to local suppliers and, most importantly, to future clients.
