Hilton Hotels New South American Location

Hilton Hotels Corporation announces the signing of the Conrad Buenos Aires, the luxury brand's first management agreement in South America. Located in Puerto Madero, the Conrad Buenos Aires will include both a hotel and residences and marks the Hilton Family's fourth development in Argentina. The Conrad hotel and residences will be part of a mixed-use development offering more than 160,000 square feet of office space and 54,000 square feet of retail space. Construction is set to begin at the end of 2008, with the opening scheduled for late 2010. www.quinnandco.com
