Da Boyz are six boys who perform throughout B.C. in competitions and special events. The average age is 11 and they are a talented group who dance beyond their years and perform like seasoned veterans. Da Boyz received a Silver Medal at the World Tap Dance Championships in Germany and typically place first when competing at festivals. Last year they won best in festival at the Surrey Festival of Dance, one of the largest dance festivals in Canada. Under the artistic direction of world renowned tap dancer Van "the man" Porter, Da Boyz perform the smooth flash and moves of the masters who have come before them. Van "the mans" rhythm tap choreography is high energy, full of complex rhythms and is performed with panache. Mr. Porter recently relocated to Vancouver and is currently wowing Vancouver audiences with his own rhythm tap style and his young protégés Da Boyz.
Canada Olympic Park Snowboard Wedding
Love was certainly in the air, and on the slopes, at Calgary's Canada Olympic Park in March. Two of the Park's snowboard coaches and supervisors, Trevour Wigemyr and Trisha Drake, tied the knot just before dusk between the 15-foot walls of the Superpipe as bundled up guests stood on the snowy hill at Canada Olympic Park to witness the nuptials.

New Theatre in Brantford Ontario
Brantford Ontario recently celebrated the officially opening of the Thomas Lamb designed Temple Theatre. The theatre, which sat in excess of 1600 patrons,was one of the largest vaudeville houses outside of Toronto and was visited by such vaudeville legends as George and Gracie, Jack Benny, Mary Pickford and Canada's own Guy Lombardo. CSEME 2004 Toronto
From Los Angeles producer David Merrell's amazing seminar to the oh-so-heated Ethics Debate to the fun of the theme design challenge to the raving mad speed-networking session CSEME was the BEST one yet. Attendees commented:

Exhibitors booked business on the trade show floor, met hundreds of buyers, got leads that they know will turn into solid business and said they are coming back for 05 guaranteed. Craig Gruzd of Desiging Trendz said the show was "incredible", Leslee Bell from Décor & More inc. called the leads "truly impressive". Julie Brunjes of Stardust Events said "I have gotten 3 calls and its only the day after the show" Bob Terry of Bob Terry Games thanked the show producers for talking him into staying for the public day as he booked 3 bar mitzvahs on the show floor.
"You guys pulled off the best show we've ever done" said Leslie Anne from Wow Invites "This blows away the wedding shows, I can't believe how much business I got from your show…
